Recruitment
1、Based on the simplification principle, the company appoints people on their merits.
2、In probation period (three months), the new employee should sign probation contract with the company, fill in Applicant Registration Form, and Employee Verification & Approval Sheet. After probation period, the eligible is employed and should fill in Employee Registration Form, and sign labor contract with the company. We will apply to the Labor Bureau to put it on records.
3、During probation period, the ineligible employee will be fired any time.
4、The new employee should be divorced from his former unit. And we will provide post according to the fact and employee’s capability.
5、Before taking up the post, the employee should receive pre-job training, which organized by office and recruiting department. The training includes learning company rules and regulations, understanding company, and learning business knowledge, etc. During probation period, the office and recruiting department inspect the performance and working capability of the employee. The recruiting department makes appraisal and gives suggestions whether to employ or not. After the examination and verification of Labor Bureau, it will apply to the General Manager to approve.
6、Casual laborer is employed by the company under approval of superiors. And the company will apply to Labor Bureau to put it on records.

Engineer
a)University degree or above, with title of senior engineer;
b)Familiar with national quality law, contract law and environment protection law, etc.
c)Ten years’ or above experience in absorber; deal with quality problem during production and usage of absorber.
d)Good command of basic requirements of GB/T19001-2000 and GJB9001A-2001 and implement them into the construction of quality management system of company;
e)Strong organization and coordination skills.

Quality Dept. Manager
a)College degree or above;
b)Familiar with national quality law and regulations;
c)Five years’ or above experience in absorber; deal with quality problem during production and usage of absorber.
d)Good command of basic requirements of GB/T19001-2000 and GJB9001A-2001 and implement them into the construction of quality management system of company; find out the shortage in system operation and provide effective suggestions to modify system continuously;
e)Familiar with production technique; find out quality problem during production process; handle product criterion and testing criterion masterly to organize inspection and test;
f)Strong organization and coordination skills.

Technical Dept. Manager
a)University degree or above, with title of senior engineer;
b)Familiar with national quality law and regulations;
c)Ten years’ or above experience in absorber; deal with quality problem during production and usage of absorber.
d)Make technique document and product criterion and deal with quality problems in production masterly;
e)Strong new product design & development capability;
f)Strong organization and coordination skills.

Quality responsibility and authority
a)Carefully inspect raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products strictly according to product criterion; be responsible for incorrect and leaking inspection caused by dereliction of duty.
b)Strictly abide by quality inspection system and each operation flow; correctly use inspection apparatus, measure and standard sample; be responsible for the accuracy of quality judgement.
c)Be responsible for inspection records, certificate of quality, and accuracy and traceability of related sheets.
d)Pay much attention to the first sample inspection assisting production department; in terms of quality problem of indefinite responsibility, unclear reason and bad measure, adhere to the principle of “three do-not-let-pass”.
e)Reasonably arrange checkout period plan of measuring and inspecting apparatuses and submit it periodically.
f)Determine, record, mark and isolate the ineligible products, fill in ineligible product report, and submit to the superiors.
g)Supervise every circle of production; as finding out circs out of control, report to the production department at once and supervise the rectification.
h)Make judgement to the quality development trend by using data analysis. Once finding quality downtrend, report to the technical department.

Quality Checker
a)Senior middle school degree or technical secondary school background or above;
b)Familiar with national quality regulations, associated standard, and product inspection criterion;
c)Five years’ or above experience in absorber or quality inspection; deal with quality problem during production and usage of absorber.
d)Strong internal communication skills.

Woman worker & technician
College and technical secondary school degree (majored in mold design), 18-25 years’ old, male or female;
Technician: university degree or above, familiar with national quality laws and regulations;
Three years’ or above experience in absorber; deal with quality problem during production and usage of absorber; make technique document and product criterion and deal with quality problems in production masterly; deal with quality problems in production masterly; strong new product design & development capability;
Strong organization and coordination skills; Male or female
Storekeeper: Female; three years’ or above experience;
Machinery engineer: Male; (CAD drawing and CAXA electronic drawing); design new products independently; 25-40 years’ old;
Apprentice: 18-25 years’ old; male;
Skilled worker: 18-45 years’ old;
